As the Company's Managing Director, Aural Jihad leads the firm's investment advisory and capital markets research activities. Licensed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) under Decree No. KEP-5/PM.112/PI/2026 authorizing him to operate as an Individual Investment Advisor, he combines regulatory credentials with extensive experience in investment research and cross-sector analysis. Drawing on his experience in delivering research for private clients and family offices, Aural Jihad has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) engagements, providing strategic support and facilitating transactions that require comprehensive due diligence.

As the Company's Commissioner, Umar Sholahuddin provides strategic oversight with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector. He has extensive experience in the development and operation of sustainable projects, including solar power generation, electric vehicle initiatives, and environmentally responsible investment ventures. As a Partner and investor, he leverages his expertise in the energy sector to support the growth of the Company and other green initiatives, while pursuing a disciplined and professionally managed approach to portfolio diversification and long-term value creation.
